How can I check the status of my orders?
It is our endeavor to ship all small orders (up to $100 in value) within three days. High value orders and items which need to be shipped from our warehouses in India will be processed within 4-7 days. Can I track the package?
Yes. Orders from U.S. customers are shipped via US Postal Service 3-4 days First Class Mail. A tracking number will be emailed. If you included your phone number on your order we will call you with full shipping details. Small value international orders are shipped via US Post Air Mail. If you agree to bear additional cost ($8 per order) we can ship via Registered or Insured Air Mail. Only high value orders are shipped via track-able US Post Global Express Mail. |

What is your return policy?
You can return your online purchases to us for a full refund or replacement. The conditions that apply for refunds are:
- Defected or damaged copies of the books, dvds or CDs must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- DVDs, CDs and software should be unopened.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
- In case, the product is damaged during transit, then the claim should be lodged with the carrier.
